In this paper, we propose a simulation method for instantaneous phase change between solid and liquid. The FLIP method is used to simulate fluid motion by using the viscous term of the Navier-Stokes equation, which is the governing equation. Using volume data for heat propagation, the temperature information is transferred to fluid particles. Then, the phase change phenomenon is calculated based on the relationship between temperature and viscosity. This method enables a high degree of freedom in the simulation because the simulation starts along the shape of the interfering volume data during the phase change. By interfering with only a part of the fluid, it is possible to simulate the coexistence of solid and liquid in a single simulation.
