Abstract
Zenchouji temple is in the north of Kanto plains and Tatebayashi City in Gunma Prefecture. It is noted temple that was founded 480 years ago. Tatebayashi is a historical castle town, Tunayoshi who was 4^<th> shogun in Tokugawa era spent the infant stage. There are a famous Tsutsujigaoka park and a castle marsh as resources for tourism. Zenchoji's precincts is 11.5ha on site, where is placed the castle marsh and exists on the north side of Tsutsujigaoka park. The Bell Tower plan is as the symbol in various meanings of the temple. This Bell Tower tells the hours to the vicinity, and it is important to functions to an event seasonal occasional. It is arranged as a sight central role of those plant trees, at the center of the garden with grass at center of precincts and narcissuses and weeping cherry trees and Japanese maples. It is a starting point of harmony in a sight and sound natural environment.
