Thermal performance of the reactor core contains all kinds of engineering uncertainties. In this paper, the statisticalthermal design procedure of Super LWR using Monte Carlo method is established in order to achieve a purely statisticalthermal design methodology to give an accurate evaluation on the engineering uncertainty in normal operation.
