Abstract: Crack detection in large pipes is an important issue in piping system of nuclear power plant. The NDT method using electromagnetic waves has capability for detecting defect in large structures or large pipes. Through this study the method of electromagnetic waves to detect small circumferential crack in straight pipe was demonstrated.
