Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) technology can be used for front-end electronics of radiation measurement or imaging device to increase the spatial resolution and counting rate. We have developed multiplexing preamplifier ASIC to increase the integration. With the new implemented 0.18 CMOS process, we are developing new 0.18 multiplexing preamplifier to achieve better counting rate and spatial resolution.
