Considering the benefits that Gd-NCT offers; especially its possibility of improving patient’s quality of life by reducing irradiation time; and also the prospective combination of chemotherapy and radiotherapy to increase treatment effectivity; our purpose in this research is to evaluate the feasibility and to optimize the use of potential gadolinium-based compounds as Gd-NCT agent by performing in vivo experiment using Colon-26 bearing mice.
