Abstract
This study aims at examining a better management system of condominiums with a case of increasing number of rental units. From this study, the fallowings are pointed out : 1. Increase of the rental units is affected by unit size, location, number of years after its construction, starting period of the rental units and reason for the increase of the rental units. 2. Problems of the increse of the rental units can be summarized into three kinds. These problems are affected by rental ratio, starting period and reason for the increase of the rental units, condominium type and management type.
