Abstract
In this report : part-5, method for calculations and experiments to expect structure-borne sound transmission are expanded into the #-shaped structure which have some finite length elements. For experiments, 2-dimensional model made of vinyl-chloride plate elements are used. In analysis, matrix calculation methods are introduced in which every wave transformations at discontinuities and main propagating paths are considered. With considering of amplitude distribution on exciting element, both results of vibration level attenuation from calculation and experiment are coincided. Then, with considering exciting point accelelance to level attenuation, the frequency characteristics of standardized accelelation levels on the end-element are fairly deduced.
