Abstract

This report presents the results of examining of the methord on process planning in a factory with variety continuous production on flow shop for PC panels, which are used in construction of multistoried housing. Production process of PC panels are broken down into process element. The author simulate the model to analize the effect that the specific manufucturing sequence would cut down the tact time.
