This research pays attention to the satisfaction of land according to the familiarity between the land uses, and clears the land formation that is formed by its improvement under the condition that the area of land used for city is unchanged. The methodology is simulation which cellular automata and multi agent are used for. It was established that the three kinds of interest strategy: egoism, altruism and reciprocity, and the five kinds of agents: agent++, agent-+, agent--, agent+- and agent00. If each agent acted according to those strategies, the pattern the agents form was simulated. The results were as follows: the agents showed the pattern of the self organization under any strategy on the stage of small neighborhood size and little land ratio of whole area, but were going to become the random pattern as the neighborhood size and the land ratio became larger.
