In the previous paper, the author derived the basic formulae of the slope deflection method to apply into the creep stress and strain analysis of statically indeterminate prestressed concrete frame structures. But there are few reports of creep strain date in actual structures. So, the author observed for eight years, the creep strain of the actual prestressed concrete structure of market building designed by himself, and discussed the creep factor on this actual structure. Then the creep stress and strain analysis method proposed in the previous paper was applied to this structure to estimate its property.
