This paper presents a method of immediate settlement analysis for piled raft foundations based on the load transfer method The method consists of two springs of point resistance and skin friction, which take account of interaction effect and nonlinear behavior on piled raft foundation The interactions may be estimated by using the Mindhn's solution Comparisons between analytical and experimental results for vertically loaded piled raft foundation with five floating piles and for the piled foundation supporting high-rise building were made As a result, it is proved that the proposed method is valid
