Abstract
Up to now, a basic concept in building maintenance has been to use the building as long as possible. since the utility life of building has become shorter due to technical progress and change of social, But situation, it was researched how many years should be considered and how much costs should be paid for their maintenance againt telegraph and telephone office buildings by methode of Operations Research.
