Abstract
In the Kansai district, there are many houses builted before the war. Recently, some researches about the houses were presented. But they do not answere enough how to remewal the houses. In this paper, I make clear the renewel-mechanism proceeding almost apontaneously. The summary is as follows. There are two problems. One is to become superannuated. Another is to become poor environment after individual-renewal. The former, we can find amoung the almost rented-houses. Probabry, the rented-houses will be decreasing. But there will be the most super-annuat houses left. So first of all, we must think this type how to renewal. The later, such process is found after the rented houses was sold. For this type we have to make renewal enter into partnership.
