Abstract
Tihs part of our study is to graphically realize the relation between each lay-out planning factor and the resulting total floor area ratio in the housing area, on condition of parallel lay-out plan. This is to study the variation total floor area ratio according as the change of each lay-out planning factor; the direction of building axis, building hight, frontage width of one flat., and frontage width of one building; on condition of each sunshine receivable hours. As one of the results we realized that the floor area ratio has a peak at about 33°angle between building axis and east-west asis. And we also realized that the floor area ratio increase by rising the hight of buildings is less than we thought.
