In the present paper the circumstances before or after the time which the KAITAKUSHI trusted the design of the produce exchange to J. Conder (1852-1920), Professor at the Imperial College of Engineering, are studied. And the outlines of the letters exchanged between the KAITAKUSHI and J. Conder are introduced.
