木造住宅構法開発のための生産特性分析ならびにその評価手法に関する研究(その1) : 軸組構法における下地・造作材取付け工程の作業時間の分析および推定手法

抄録

This paper discribes statistic analysis of working time of the Japanese traditional wooden houses, based on the time study of carpenter's work. Forty back and finishing members were picked up and analysed, and the results obtained are as follows ; (1) By using the cluster analysis, back and finishing members were devided into four groups. (2) Liner relationship between working time and its changing factors was observed in each groups. (3) A statistical linear models were established, and accurate estimation formulas were obtained for prediting the working time of elemental operation and foundamental operation by using the factor of the number of nails and its length, the area of cut, the number of processed plane etc. (4) From these formulas, we can proposed the evaluation method of construction time of back and finishing members.
