Abstract

Estimation of heat load baseline is very important and necessary for evaluating the effect of energy conservation measures in office building. In this paper we attempt to estimate heat load baseline of an office building by physical model and statistical model. As a result, the change of heat load by energy saving improvement was able to be predicted with sufficient accuracy and the merits and demerits of each method is clarified.
