The residents of such apartments should have a stronger consciousness toward habitation than those of normal apartments, and studying their consciousness toward habitation must be effective for the future construction of housing complex. The questionnaire was given to residents of leasehold designer apartments in the Tokyo area and asked the reason of choosing the apartment, the essential for habitation, the degree of satisfaction and inconveniences.
