Prefabricated housing occupies a certain proportion in the housing market. The prefabricated detached housing plays the important part of that. In order to clarify the role of the prefabricated housing and positioning in a housing market, we have carried out a survey to the business section of prefabrication housing markers. We have clarified the housing quality, the customer's characteristics for the prefabricated custom-built housing and the local differences of them by this research.
