Abstract

The number of housing society concentrated on some big cities and on Kanto influenced of the earthquake disaster at Taisho-are. Therefore we researched the managing (the lease point-the number of partners-the period of repay) of the housing society in Tokyo. And we verify the suburbanization with housing society from the distribution of housing society in Tokyo and housing society of Setagaya.
