Abstract

After a big earthquake event, a temporary emergency risk evaluation of the damaged buildings is important to prevent secondary disasters by after shocks. However, in time of confusion, inspection of the risks of building collapse and fall of exterior walls is going to be very difficult, because the number of the target building is great. Our solution is to adopt information technology tools to develop support system for efficient inspection. The cellular phones system that controls digital information for risk evaluation.
