A STUDY ON THE FEATURE OF THE PREFABRICATED READY-BUILT HOUSING AND THE BUYER ATTRIBUTE(Building Economics and Housing Problems)

Abstract

Detached housing occupies a big ratio in the housing market. The prefabricated housing plays a big part of that. The acquisition classification of the detached housing is divided into the order and the ready-built housing roughly. We have already reported a result of research about the characteristics of the order-built housing. We have clarified a residence scale and purchaser's characteristics for the ready-built housing and the ranking of the ready-built housing comparing with order-built housing by this research.
