Abstract
Most of model anti-crime condominiums in Hiroshima, Shizuoka are ones for sale in lots. But some of them in Osaka have been leased. It is unique that some lessors of condominiums in Osaka have registered their condominiums as 'model anti-crime condominiums' The registration forces lessors to put a large sum of money. Therefore, we interviewed lessors of such condominiums and asked their opinions about theirs. Most of them have been satisfied with the ability of model anti-crime condominiums, however, haven't realized the merits of the registrations. We think that to show them the merits of the registration concretely is very important.
