Abstract
Dynamic Asset Housing (DAH) is the concept of urban apartment house for the urban life in the sustainable and aging society with a falling birthrate. The basic type is multistoried Skeleton-Infill Housing that is flexible and durable. It can fit the change of the resident's lifestyle by changing the living space. Then the unused space can be used independently and valuably by converting it to rental housing or SOHO. DAH enables us to reside permanently and preserves the personal assets because of preparing a variety of satisfactory utilization. DAH contributes to the maintenance of local community and global environment.
