Abstract

Recent years, People pay attention to water environment for example revision of the River Law in 1996. The against these things, the Sakusyu-kotoni river streamed on Hokkaido university campus in Sapporo was regenerated. This river is in the center of the city. This river renaissance is rare case. Because Hokkaido university cooprate with Sapporo city in this river reconstruction. This stady estimate this river renaissance and examine the history of this river.
