Abstract
This paper verifies the effect and subject of the process of the community participation in the planning process of health and welfare facilities. The conciusions are as follows: 1) By establishing the process that expand an examination range from a individual thing to an overall thing, and the various program suitable for the process, as the result, the paticipants come to be able to propose and understand the health and welfare facilities of a specialized various function, 2) When it plans the health and welfare facilities with community participation, the study process of the participant is important and the observation of relative facilities is one of the easy important study means of the participant.
