Abstract

This report presents technology development of Infill system for rental apartments that could be customized by tenants. It enhances the value of rental apartments for tenants and for landlord. This technology consists of hierarchical Infill systems. Infill-1 is fixed parts as a part of building fabric, while Infill-2 is flexible parts that could be installed and removed flexibly by each tenants' choice. This reports illustrates developed elements and details of interface concerned in Infill-1 and Infill-2.
