A STUDY OF CITIZENS' ACTIVITY AND DESIGNATED ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM OF KIRITAPPU WETLAND(Urban Planning)

Abstract

Local Autonomy Law was revised in March, 2003, and Designated Administration System was introduced. The progress of the town management by collaboration of administration and citizens can be expected by using this system. Hamanaka city office decided the Designated Administration System to be introduced into the Kiritappu Shitsugen Center. This research clarifies that introduction process of the Designated Administration System over the Kiritappu Shitsugen Center in the Hamanaka-cho is analyzed and this system brings a new findings to the construction of a regional governance.
