Abstract

With the amendment of the City Planning Act as a turning point in 2000, Hyogo Prefecture has developed the new operation of the development permission system, making the cooperative use of the municipal land-use planning. This report mentions the process of the new operation of the development permission system in the case of Hyogo Prefecture.
