Building Contractors Society-BCS has started a forum "Industry, Government and University collaboration Society" matching the university's technical seeds with industrial needs. This report deals with an Internet based R&D information exchange between industry, government and university that BCS has promoted and researched, and proposes a program of efficient technical information exchange for a better research and development of building industry.
