Continuing to the previous paper, the authors tried to introduce Multi-Agent Simulation technique to the evaluation of disposition of existing medical facilities in Tomakomai city as an example. In this simulation dynamic behaviors of victims are traced when some facilities reached their capacities and are forced to change the target. Through the simulations lack of the capacities and inadequate dispositions are evaluated. And advantage of automatic drawing of Voronoi's diagram is also indicated.
