In order to build the recycling system of concrete waste, a primary study for applicability of recycled fine aggregate concrete to the precast concrete products has been carried out. The study results have confirmed that a) the properties of recycled fine aggregate can be improved by the wet grinding treatment, b) the properties of recycled fine aggregate concrete can be improved by steam curing, c) reuse of recycled fine aggregate concrete is highly applicable through property improvement, and d) reuse of recycled fine aggregate concrete is highly effective in view of cost and environment influence. The study results have also proven that the material design of recycled fine aggregate concrete for the precast concrete products can be made by applying the relative quality value method.
