The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the effectiveness of the slide for the escape at a fire in the residential facilities for the elderly persons. It was confirmed that the method of the staffs taking a slide down the slide together while supporting elderly person's back according to the result of the questionnaire survey and the result of the experiment that descended in the slide for the escape was effective.
