Abstract

As for the performance related to a fire safety like fire resistance efficiency and evacuation safety, etc., it was confirmed that the priority level was not so high in the condition when purchasing a housing. Moreover, the result that a simple expression of the grade etc. was more useful for the method of expressing the fire safety performance than a probabilistic expression was obtained. The above-mentioned result suggests the necessity for converting the fire risk calculated by an advanced technique into a simple expression.
