Abstract

This Paper describes about the residence to have been constructed as new concept, for QOL (Quality Of Life) of aged person and disabled person at Okayama Pref. and a public welfare support. Aged person population of Okayama Pref. area less than more than 14 percents 20 percents, 28 place less than more than 20 percents 30 percents, was very high with 38 place. For QOL of aged person and disabled person, an environment at residence and a public welfare support were necessary. Emergency system was very a few with 22 place, and homehelf greatly was enforced with 77 place. From now on, residence, about a comfort, a welfare support at home is tread regionality of Okayama Pref. is necessary to research.
