People who obtained some trouble because of sickness, accident, and aging, etc need to remodel the house and the environment to enjoy comfortable life. How to add the hand to life environment is greatly different according to an individual state of trouble and situations of surrounding people who support an individual. The case that becomes the reference open to the public in the publication etc. is few now. We, the housing research foundation collected 60 cases for four years. The following content is described in this paper. ・ It introduces various cases that seem that it serves as a reference for the person who has various troubles. ・ In addition, some common problems and the method of settlements that had found from 30 cases are described.
