Kamishinano district is a part of development design for new station installation. It was admitted in urbanization control area and there is district plan for carrying out preservation of forest. The history of Kamishinano district development has not been studied, as far as the authors are aware of. This paper discusses the feature of the development design in Kamishinano district, and its changes.
