Abstract
The purpose of this study is to reduce the exhaust air volume in the commercial electrified kitchens. In this study, we proposed the new shape of the hood for induction heater, and evaluated the performance of it by the experiment. As a result, it is confirmed that we can reduce the exhaust air volume by adopting this hood, with satisfied the ventilation performance same as the ordinary hood.
