Abstract
In Shirakabe historic preservation district, the residents had suffered two disputes about high-rise building, so they need to discuss on community rule-making by their initiative. Following the previous paper for a community-visioning experience, the authors, in cooperation with a resident-group, has studied applicative rules, formed a draft of specific community rules, and asked their opinion for each item of the drafted rules to all of the residents by questionnaire survey. This paper reports the outline of our experience and explore suitable rules for the district through the analysis.
