EVALUATION ON PUBLIC WELFARE FACILITIES USING HEDONIC APPROACH

Abstract

The vagueness among evaluating public welfare facilities was a crucial issue in planning and administrating facilities. By using hedonic approach, we have succeeded to measure public value from land price. From this result, the tendency toward value of facilities was demonstrated. This leads to the fact that the administration should invest funds where collects many spectators, and software to gather them must be developed.
