抄録
This paper reports on development of the tool named “Machidukuri” idea cards to arrange and promote idea for “Machidukuri” proposed by citizen and practice of “Machidukuri” by multi-actor partnership by use of “Machidukuri” idea cards in the case of Yokkaichi port, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture in Japan. There are two important notices to use “Machidukuri idea cards”, 1) It is important to practice a series of process after making “Machidukuri” idea cards, 2) we don’t always insist on contents of “Machidukuri idea cards”, modify and add “Machidukuri” idea cards continuously.
