The inspection and repair service in office buildings is one of the important tasks for an enterprise which provides property management services, and reducing costs incurred by the services is required for the enterprise. However, the content of the services is obscure and the location of the service center is not often optimized. With the background, we provide quantitative analysis of the service, especially the contents of the service and the working hours, and optimize the location of the service center.
