Abstract
This study aims to clarify passenger’s opinion (including both users and non-users of a stroller) for using stroller on a train and for usage rules of strollers recommended by the Railway Business Operator. Those who are using stroller on a train are well received by the younger who have a baby or kids 5 and under than the older people. Therefore, the generation gap between the younger and the older is apparently existed. And the young generation shows a similar opinion, regardless of the parenting experience. Additionally, there are some different opinions due to the parenting experience and gender.
