Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze current conditions for the deafblind pedestrian. The followings are part of the results through the investigation of 28 deafblind individuals. 1) Most of deafblind individuals often go out with escort-translator. 2) 17 deafblind pedestrian in 28 examinees use signal with vibrator in wider crossroads. 3) Escort-translator and signal with vibrator are helpful for the deafblind, but they have the institutional problems and many assignments. 4) Multiple aids for deafblind individuals are required based on character of deafblind individuality.
