Abstract
This paper aims to evaluate the improvement level of child care support facilities every junior high school district with the index of sufficiency and movement distance in 1993-2011. Almost of school districts have one or two facilities, regardless of the nursery number. Convenience is high and sufficiency is low in city areas, on the other hand convenience is low and sufficiency is high in rural areas, because the district area is large and the number of infants is small. It is important to examine the facility planning suited to area conditions by making use of existing buildings and regional talents.
