This paper aims to develop new education program for “Shuraku Shiennin” and “Chiiki Okoshi Kyoryokutai” which is national policy to support rural community by human resources. I developed two program one for newcomer and one for looking back after few years. Program for newcomer is called “Coordinate Game for Community Development” and the other is called “Process Sheet and Rode Map”. I developed two program and ensured that these program is worth while for who are going to be a “Shuraku Shiennin” or “Chiiki Okoshi Kyoryokutai”.
