Abstract

Since public finance has been tight while population composition is changing a lot with low birthrate and aging, an efficient public service is required. In order to satisfy various needs to always change, it is necessary to grasp the actual condition of distribution of population. This thesis aims at exploring the possibility of practical use of the new demographic statistics which can catch the population which changes every moment.
