OPINION ABOUT URBAN PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN BY MEMBERS OF AIJ WHO HAD GONE THROUGH HANSHIN-AWAJI EARTHQUAKE DISASTER

Abstract

Hanshin-Awaii earthquake disaster influenced on public opinion about urban planning and architectural design. We were confused by some opinion gone too far and it seemed serious. So we did a opinion survey on AIJ members' who had gone through the earthquake disaster. ln this report we introduce arrangement of various opinion and analyze meaning of it. The conclusion is as follows ; 1. By arranging various opinion, some points in question have been clear. 2. About urban planning, many people become to attach great importance to security. 3. About architectural design, they have different way of thinking each other.
