DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXPERIENCE-BASED WORKSHOP METHOD TO UTILIZE THE OLD PRIVATE HOUSE AS A CULTURAL ASSET

Abstract

This paper discusses the method of the workshop considering the utilization of old Japanese-style house as cultural assets, referring to the old Ichikawa house in Nisshin City, Aichi. Many ideas came out of various generations by parent-child participating in workshops. They got more specific ideas by touching real old house, old articles used daily or documents in the library.
